Hi Gaielle, this is my first visit to your site, I am just working my way around all of Alex’s students blogs, time consuming but worth it. I take something from every blog, little tid bits of interest. I am glad you had a go with making your video, it really doesn’t matter about the quality or quantity, what matters is that you had the courage to ‘take action’ and you did. I wonder whether you would have the time to pay a visit to my site and look at my competition video, I would appreciate your opinion. Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks for popping in. I have your video showcased on my blog now. You can view all student videos and their blog names, rather than wading through the YouTube jungle. I did enjoy your presentation & glad you put the out-takes in. Very good. I left a message on your blog.

Cheers, Gaielle

Gaille -

I LOVE it! So funny! Minor minor comment - I would only suggest a bit more eye contact with the camera in the talking section but I absolutely loved it! Really made me smile and very clever piece of marketing. I’m sure it will get LOADS of hits!

Cheers

Yes, I agree. I noticed the lack of eye contact. I’ve taken it on board. I’d also have the camera closer next time and use better lighting (it was at night). I had so much fun that I’m thinking about editing a second video of the bloopers and deleted scenes - not for the competition but for the learning experience. We had a hoot! Good luck & thanks for your thoughts. Gaielle

Hi Adrian, haha, yeah we had a good time making the video. “Forever Strange” is my daughter and together we hope to do a series of “Strange Encounters” with different characters. Sadly, she’s interstate until April - spending time with her dad. I’ve gotta get back to blogging though. The distractions have taken their toll on my focus! Thanks for dropping in. I’m still trying to get to all the other blogs. Gaielle

Thanks Adrian. I already signed up several days ago, but I have trouble understanding my blog template. It has built-in widgets and I don’t know how to add a new one. Any ideas? Is Asha another student or a friend of yours? It would be great to actually speak to a live person, rather than write everything down! Thanks for your help, Gaielle
